不具合のご報告の際は、次の情報を添えていただけると原因の特定が早くなります。
- お使いの機種（例：iPhone 15）と iOS のバージョン
- 本アプリのバージョン（iPhone の 設定 › 一般 › iPhoneストレージ › Halcyon Racer で確認できます）
- 起きたこと、その直前にしていた操作、遊んでいたコース
- 可能であれば画面のスクリーンショットや画面収録
02よくある質問
操作方法がわかりません
アクセルは自動です。画面の左右をタッチして曲がり、ドリフトで速くコーナーを抜けるのがこのゲームの走り方です。SETTINGS › GAME › DRIVING LESSON から、どのボタンをいつ押せばよいかを1周かけて案内する「ドライビングレッスン」を何度でも遊べます。
ボタンが押しにくい・指が届きにくい
SETTINGS › CONTROLS で、ボタンの大きさ（BUTTON SIZE）、画面上の高さ（BUTTON HEIGHT）、左右の間隔（BUTTON SPREAD）を持ち方に合わせて変えられます。
無料でどこまで遊べますか？
ゲーム序盤のツアーは無料で遊べます。残りのツアーとコースは、アプリ内課金の「フルゲーム」（買い切り）で解放されます。広告の表示や月額課金はありません。
フルゲームを購入したのに解放されない／機種変更したら購入が消えた
購入時と同じ Apple アカウントでサインインしたうえで、SETTINGS › GAME › FULL GAME を開き、RESTORE PURCHASES を押してください。再度の支払いなしで購入が復元されます。それでも解放されない場合は、上記のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。
返金を希望します
App Store での購入の返金は Apple が受け付けており、開発者は手続きを行えません。Apple の 「問題を報告する」ページからご申請ください。
動作が重い・端末が熱くなる・電池の減りが早い
SETTINGS › DISPLAY で、画質（QUALITY）を LOW に、フレームレート（FRAME RATE）を 30 FPS にすると負荷が下がります。低電力モードや、端末が熱い状態では動作が遅くなることがあります。
ゲームを最初からやり直したい
SETTINGS › GAME › RESET CAREER で、ツアー・車・ドライビングレッスンの進行状況がすべて最初に戻ります。元に戻すことはできませんのでご注意ください。購入済みのフルゲームは消えません。
機種変更したらゲームの進行状況は引き継げますか？
進行状況はお使いの端末の中にだけ保存されており、オンラインでの同期は行っていません。iCloud バックアップなど、端末のバックアップから新しい端末を復元した場合は引き継がれることがあります。フルゲームの購入は、上記の「購入の復元」でいつでも戻せます。
個人情報は収集されますか？
収集しません。広告・行動分析・トラッキングも行っていません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

For bug reports, questions or feedback, please email the address below. Halcyon Racer is made by an independent developer, so a reply may take a little time.
When reporting a problem, the following helps us find the cause faster:
- Your device model (e.g. iPhone 15) and iOS version
- The app version (found in Settings › General › iPhone Storage › Halcyon Racer)
- What happened, what you were doing just before, and which course you were on
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you can
02Frequently asked questions
How do I drive?
The throttle is automatic. Touch the left and right of the screen to steer, and drift to carry speed through the corners. The Driving Lesson at SETTINGS › GAME › DRIVING LESSON takes you round a lap and shows which button to press and when. You can replay it as often as you like.
The buttons are hard to reach
In SETTINGS › CONTROLS you can change the button size (BUTTON SIZE), how high they sit on the screen (BUTTON HEIGHT) and how far apart they are (BUTTON SPREAD) to suit the way you hold your device.
How much can I play for free?
The early tours are free. The remaining tours and courses are unlocked by the “Full Game”, a one-time in-app purchase. There are no ads and no subscription.
I bought the Full Game but it is still locked / my purchase is gone on a new device
Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with, open SETTINGS › GAME › FULL GAME and tap RESTORE PURCHASES. Your purchase is restored at no extra charge. If it still does not unlock, please email us.
I would like a refund
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, and the developer cannot issue them. Please request one at Apple’s Report a Problem page.
The game runs slowly, the device gets hot, or the battery drains quickly
In SETTINGS › DISPLAY, set QUALITY to LOW and FRAME RATE to 30 FPS to reduce the load. The game may also slow down in Low Power Mode or when the device is already warm.
I want to start over
SETTINGS › GAME › RESET CAREER resets all tours, cars and the driving lesson. This cannot be undone. A Full Game purchase is not affected.
Will my progress carry over to a new device?
Progress is saved only on your device and is not synced online. It may carry over if you set up the new device from a backup such as iCloud Backup. Your Full Game purchase can always be brought back with Restore Purchases as described above.
Does the app collect personal information?
No. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking. See the Privacy Policy for details.
