01収集する個人情報
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・写真・端末の識別子・広告識別子（IDFA）など、利用者を特定できる情報を収集しません。アカウント登録の仕組みもありません。
02広告・分析・トラッキング
本アプリは広告を表示せず、アクセス解析・行動分析・クラッシュ収集などの外部サービス（SDK）を組み込んでいません。App Tracking Transparency の対象となるトラッキングも行いません。
03端末内に保存する情報
ゲームを続けて遊べるように、次の情報をお使いの端末の中にだけ保存します。これらが開発者や第三者に送信されることはありません。
- ゲームの進行状況（クリアしたツアー、解放した車、最後に選んだ車、ドライビングレッスンの表示状況）
- 設定（音量、ボタンの大きさ・位置、画質、フレームレート、ミニマップ、カメラ）
- レースの記録（日時、コース、順位、ラップタイムなど）
- フルゲームを購入済みかどうか（起動のたびに App Store へ確認しなくて済むようにするため）
これらの情報は、本アプリを削除すると端末から消去されます。ゲーム内の SETTINGS › GAME › RESET CAREER で進行状況だけを消すこともできます。なお、iOS の機能により端末のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップを含む）の対象となる場合があります。
04アプリ内課金
本アプリの「フルゲーム」は、Apple の App Store を通じた買い切りのアプリ内課金で購入できます。購入および購入の復元の手続きはすべて Apple が行い、開発者がクレジットカード情報や Apple アカウントの情報を受け取ることはありません。購入の処理に関する情報の取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
05Apple から提供される統計情報
利用者が iOS の設定で「App デベロッパと共有」を許可している場合、Apple からクラッシュレポートや利用状況の統計が、個人を特定できない形で開発者に提供されることがあります。開発者はこれを本アプリの不具合の修正と改善のためにのみ利用します。この共有は iOS の 設定 › プライバシーとセキュリティ › 解析と改善 からいつでも停止できます。
06お問い合わせいただいた場合
メールでお問い合わせをいただいた場合、開発者はメールアドレスとお問い合わせの内容を受け取ります。これらはお問い合わせへの対応のためにのみ使用し、法令に基づく場合を除き第三者に提供しません。対応の記録の削除をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までお知らせください。

08お子さまのプライバシー

本ポリシーは、本アプリの機能の変更や法令の改正に応じて改定することがあります。改定した場合は、このページに掲載し、上部の最終更新日を更新します。取り扱う情報の範囲が広がる変更を行う場合は、あらかじめ本アプリまたはこのページでお知らせします。

This policy explains how Toromonja (“the developer”) handles information in the iOS game “Halcyon Racer” (“the app”).
01Personal information
The app does not collect any information that identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or advertising identifier (IDFA). There are no user accounts.
02Advertising, analytics and tracking
The app shows no ads and contains no third-party analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDKs. It does not track you as defined by App Tracking Transparency.
03Data stored on your device
So that you can pick up where you left off, the app stores the following on your device only. None of it is sent to the developer or to anyone else.
- Game progress (tours cleared, cars unlocked, the car you last chose, whether the driving lesson has been shown)
- Settings (volume, button size and position, graphics quality, frame rate, minimap, camera)
- Race records (date and time, course, finishing position, lap times and similar)
- Whether the Full Game has been purchased (so the app can start without asking the App Store each time)
This data is removed when you delete the app. You can also clear your progress alone with SETTINGS › GAME › RESET CAREER. Depending on your iOS settings, this data may be included in device backups, including iCloud Backup.
04In-app purchase
The “Full Game” is a one-time in-app purchase made through Apple’s App Store. Purchases and restores are handled entirely by Apple; the developer never receives your payment details or Apple Account information. Apple’s handling of that information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
05Statistics provided by Apple
If you have chosen to “Share with App Developers” in iOS, Apple may provide the developer with crash reports and usage statistics in a form that does not identify you. The developer uses these only to fix and improve the app. You can turn this off at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
06When you contact us
If you email the developer, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to respond to you and do not share them with third parties except where required by law. You may ask us to delete that correspondence at any time.
07Sharing with third parties
The developer does not sell or share your information with third parties, except where required by law.
08Children’s privacy
The app collects no personal information from anyone, of any age, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
09Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app changes or when the law requires it. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. If a change would expand the information the app handles, it will be announced in the app or on this page beforehand.
